CONSILIO's approach We consider the CODIR (or any team) as a strategic decision-making organ (production, management, trade, human) leading to the implementation of actions for the direct efficiency of the perimeter for which it is responsible.
Team building requires an optimization of the human resources to be efficient, using emotional intelligence, relational intelligence, collective intelligence. To do this, we develop our approach on 3 fundamental pillars:
- The Project (AMBITION) that can be defined into operational objectives (steps) shared by all.
- The Rules of the game (functioning, rituals, level of requirement and level of the required skills ,...)
- The Quality of interpersonal relationships (values, ethics, behavior ...)
CONSILIO's methodology The inventory of those 3 pillars leads to personalize the methods and tools while considering each company, each site, each team in its context and its history. From this analysis, we can build team cohesion. The exchange of knowledges, adaptability, openness and innovation lead to good solutions.
We are committed in the conduct and implementation of projects (management tools) while acting with the HRD of the client company and not in place of him/her. We appoint the same CONSILIO team from the beginning to the end of the project.
The continuity of team cohesion can also be considered by a team or individual coaching.
