Our evaluations cover all the expectations of clients from the behavior style analysis (Ensize ® expert system) to a complete assessment (tests, interviews and managerial scenario to validate the adequacy of an associate to a function or mission), through the audit of potential (behavioral and psychological tests + depth interviews) to assess and anticipate the evolution of people and organizations

From the complexity of Men and of Organizations Employees in company have missions to achieve, projects to pilot, they mix together, appreciate each other, devote their energies to a project... And sometimes, none of that or not enough. Then, the hierarchy or HRD give their opinion; propose some solutions, because the company has to achieve its collective targets or to react to external pressures with the help of its means and forces: The Men.
Man is more or less aware of the potential of his capacities, of the impact of his behaviors, of his motivational impulses, of his relationships. "Know yourself ..." one of the most difficult precept to master.
Everybody knows that a plant does not always have the same blooming from one environment to another and that, not just simply because of its intrinsic capacities. The same is true for men.

The know-how Consilio Tools and methods exist to assess the suitability of an individual to a mission, an organization. We implement them through three global methodologies, but flexible in their content:
- The behavior style analysis and the motivation factors analysis on the basis of a detailed interview, supported by the expert system Ensize ®, to understand why and how a person reacts;
- The audit of potential based on a battery of psychotechnic tests, analyzed by a psychologist consultant during a motivational-depth interview to draw up an individual plan of development in conjunction with the opportunities of functions to fill or with the evolution of the company;
- The assessment center based on an audit of potential completed by a management scenario of situation and/or experience with our certified consultants, to provide a capacities and behavior prediction for a function or for the conduct of a project.

Two requirements for the quality of services 1 - Whatever the evaluation methodology, it will always be piloted by a consultant being aware of the organization and issues of the client company.
2 - We demand a transparent restitution to the person assessed by Consilio, with the presence of the HRD or hierarchy of the client company.
